....is now City of Richmond's First LEED Platinum Home!! The Platinum Award is the highest level of certification awarded by the United States Green Building Council.

As the 2010 Richmond Home Builders Association's Green Remodeling Award winner, Augusta has also earned the EPA WaterSense Award, the EPA Energy Star Award and it is certified as an EarthCraft home.
