At DeltaTemp we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. See samples of our craftsmanship in our .
Often used when adequate land surface is available. Depending on geothermal system needs and space available, pipes are placed in trenches that range in length from 100 to 400 feet.
The ideal choice for a geothermal heat pump when available land surface is very limited. Well drilling equipment is used to bore small-diameter holes from 100 to 400 feet deep.
Very economical to install when a body of water is available for use by the geothermal heating and cooling system. Coils of pipe are placed in the pond or lake near the bottom to capture the geothermal energy.
We do not recommend these types of systems due to the maintenance concerns. In ideal conditions, an open-loop application can be the most economical type of geothermal system. These use groundwater from a well as a direct energy source.
DeltaTemp sealed duct systems feature greater
than 96% air containment. While standard duct
system by other companies may leak up to 30% of
air YOU PAID to heat or cool. Our duct systems
are designed and installed for near silent operation
with metal trunk ducts for longevity.
Radiant floor heating can be extremely cost effective
and comfortable. Warm water (under
110ºF) is circulated through a series of tubes
under the finished flooring surface. This heat
radiates from the floor similar to sun light. The floor surface never exceeds 85ºF. This
vast surface distributes this heat very evenly
through out the home.
